A little about myself

I am a 54year old wife and mother of two, and grandmother to Leon, working self employed from home. I live in a rural position, just outside of Carmarthen, midway between Johnstown, Llangain and Llangynog, in the beautiful Carmarthenshire countryside.

Complementary therapies have always been a passionate interest of mine, in which I have only been able to pursue in more recent years. I qualified as a complementary therapist approximately 5 years ago, starting with Aromatherapy and gradually adding to my  list of qualifications.

I now hold diplomas in Aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology , Nutrition, Beauty Therapy and Anatomy and Physiology . I also hold additional certificates in Aromatherapy and Hot Stone massage. At the moment I am in the process of another course in Bach Flower Remedies.
